Two big games tonight both the first in the series. First up we have the Bulls at the Cavs -5.
Now the first thing is that Kevin Love will not be available for this series at all, even if it goes to seven games which I believe it will take that many games to win this series for either team. The Cavs have Lebron James and Kyrie Irving the two best players in this series which gives them a decided advantage. For the series I would say Cavs in 7. Check vegasodds.com for current series lines. For the game tonight I have to take the Bulls to cover +5 and the under actually seems the safer bet at 195.5, as the big men for the Cavs are much more defensive minded and have size and shot blocking ability. The Bulls may keep it close with Rose, Butler and Gasol on offense. But an outright win by Chicago would be surprising giving how Lebron has lead this team so far.
The second game tonight, which I expect to be all offense and some defense the LA Clippers at the Houston Rockets -6.5 and the over under at 211.5 total points. The over under is very attractive as both teams will look to run. But for the series I have to go with the Clippers they just knocked off the Spurs in a dramatic game seven. Chris Paul and Blake Griffin are playing there best and I believe the Clippers win outright over the Rockets in game 1, but take the points for the easy win.
